1. Nature of Our Services
Olado Forex Academy is a trading education company. We provide:
• Digital educational products (courses, indicators, Expert Advisors/robots)
• Trading mentorship and coaching services
• Trading signal services
• Educational articles and content
All products and services are educational in nature. We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or fund management of any kind.
🚫 We Will NEVER Ask You to Send Money for Investment
Olado Forex Academy will NEVER ask you to send money for investment purposes. We will NEVER ask for your bank card details, login credentials, or trading account passwords. We do NOT manage client funds. We do NOT offer investment services. If anyone claims to represent Olado Forex Academy and asks for investment money or your card details — it is FRAUD. Report it immediately.
2. No Guaranteed Results
Trading forex, Gold, Silver, and cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk of loss. No product, strategy, indicator, or robot we provide guarantees profits. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Individual results vary based on skill, risk management, market conditions, and experience. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
3. Risk Acknowledgment
By purchasing or using any of our products, you acknowledge that:
• Forex and Gold trading carries significant risk of financial loss
• You may lose some or all of your invested capital
• You should only trade with money you can afford to lose entirely
• Our educational products do not eliminate trading risk
• You should practice on a demo account before using real money
4. Digital Products — Delivery and Access
All products are delivered digitally and instantly upon payment completion. Buyers are redirected to access their purchased product immediately. All sales are final — please review our Refund Policy for details.
5. Authentic Products — Fraud Warning

• MQL5 marketplace (for the robot only)
If you purchase our indicator or robot from any other source, it is FAKE and potentially dangerous. We cannot guarantee the safety, functionality, or performance of counterfeit copies. We are NOT responsible for any losses caused by fake products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
6. MQL5 Marketplace
Our Smart Gold Trading AI robot is also available on the MQL5 marketplace — the official marketplace by MetaQuotes (creators of MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5). MQL5 verifies all Expert Advisors submitted to their marketplace. You can test the robot on MQL5 before purchasing.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, products, strategies, indicators, Expert Advisors, course materials, articles, and branding on this website are the intellectual property of Olado Forex Academy. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, or reverse-engineering of our products is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
8. User Responsibilities
As a user of our products and services, you agree to:
• Use our products for personal trading/education only — not resale
• Not share your login credentials or product files with others
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our indicators or robots
• Accept full responsibility for your own trading decisions
• Follow proper risk management when trading
9. Limitation of Liability
Olado Forex Academy, its founder, team members, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any trading losses, financial losses, or damages arising from the use of our products, services, educational content, or signals. All trading decisions are made at the user's own risk and discretion.
10. Third-Party Services
Our products may integrate with third-party platforms (MetaTrader 5, TradingView, Selar, brokers). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these third-party services.
