No Refund Policy

Olado Forex Academy operates a strict no-refund policy on all digital products and services. Due to the nature of our products — which are digital goods and services delivered instantly upon payment — all sales are final.

Why We Cannot Offer Refunds

All our products are digital and instantly accessible after payment. Once payment is completed, the buyer is immediately redirected to access the product they purchased. This includes:

• Smart Gold Trading AI (EA) — The robot file (.ex5) is delivered instantly after payment. Once downloaded, it cannot be "returned."

• Smart Money Indicator — The TradingView indicator script is delivered instantly. Once added to your account, access cannot be revoked.

• One-on-One Masterclass — Access to private mentorship sessions and community is granted immediately after payment.

• Complete SMC Course — All video lessons and materials are accessible immediately after purchase.

• Signal Service — Signals begin delivery immediately upon subscription.

Since all products are delivered digitally and access is granted instantly, there is no way to "return" a digital product once it has been accessed.

Third-Party Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Selar, a secure third-party payment platform. Olado Forex Academy does not directly handle or store any payment card information. Refund requests through payment processors will be contested as the product was delivered as described.

Exceptions

In the rare event of a technical issue where the product was not delivered at all (payment completed but no access received), contact our support team immediately. We will verify the issue and ensure you receive access to your purchased product.
