All payments are processed through Selar, a secure third-party payment platform. Olado Forex Academy does NOT have access to your credit card details, debit card details, or bank account information. We never see, store, or process your card numbers. All payment data is encrypted and handled entirely by Selar's secure payment infrastructure.
2. Information We Collect
When you interact with our website and services, we may collect:
• Email address — for product delivery and communication
• Name — for personalized mentorship and support
• WhatsApp/Telegram contact — for support and product delivery
• Trading platform details — only when you request installation help (account number for robot installation, never passwords)
We do NOT collect or store: credit card numbers, bank account details, trading account passwords, or government-issued ID information.

Smart Gold Trading AI (Robot/EA) — Our Expert Advisor runs on MetaTrader 5 (MT5), typically on a VPS (Virtual Private Server). It is a trading automation tool that executes trades based on market analysis. It does NOT access your personal files, passwords, or any data outside of the MT5 trading platform. The EA has been verified by MQL5 (MetaQuotes), the official creators of MetaTrader 5. MetaQuotes reviews and verifies all Expert Advisors submitted to their marketplace.
✅ Smart Money Indicator — TradingView Verified
Our Smart Money Indicator runs exclusively on TradingView, one of the world's most trusted charting platforms. TradingView reviews scripts published on their platform. The indicator only reads price data and displays visual information on your chart. It does NOT place trades, access your broker account, or transmit any personal data.
5. VPS (Virtual Private Server) Safety
For users of our trading robot, we recommend using a VPS. A VPS is a remote virtual computer that runs 24/5 to keep your robot active. Important facts:
• The VPS only runs your MetaTrader 5 platform and the EA
• We help you set up the VPS but we do NOT retain access to it after setup
• Your VPS login credentials are yours — we recommend changing the password after installation
• The VPS is provided by third-party hosting companies (not by Olado Forex Academy)
6. Cookies and Analytics
Our website may use basic analytics to understand visitor behavior (pages visited, time on site). We do not use cookies to track personal information or serve targeted advertising.
7. Data Protection
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. We encourage you to protect your own accounts with strong passwords and two-factor authentication where available.
